MOVE IT Math™ Guild

The MOVE IT Math™ Guild is a group of elementary school teachers who use MOVE IT Math™ and who help disseminate it as MOVE IT Math™ Associates. It has an elected Executive Board made up of the teachers who deliberate on issues facing the guild and make recommendations to Paul Shoecraft, the developer of MOVE IT Math™ and director of its dissemination. Ongoing issues facing the board are the admission of new teachers to the Guild, assigning workshops to Guild members, and defining and maintaining quality workshops. Guild members are paid relative to a uniform fee schedule based on the number of workshops they have conducted. The goal of the Guild now that MOVE IT Math™ is available online is to impact half the elementary schools in Texas by the year 2020 and half those in the remaining states by the year 2030.
